This notice covers the AIMRXD website and email enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email enquiries@aimrxd.com.

When you contact us

When you email us, we use your email address, message and any contact or organisation details you choose to provide to understand and respond to your enquiry. The website opens your email app; it does not collect or submit an enquiry form.

Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive personal information, and agree a suitable way to share confidential project material with us first.

Website security

Our hosting services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to operate the website and prevent abuse.

For the private introduction, we use a session identifier to maintain access for up to eight hours and protect form submissions. We keep a short-lived hashed network address and attempt count to limit repeated access-code attempts within a ten-minute window; expired attempt records are removed on subsequent access attempts. We do not store the submitted access code in this record. The private introduction does not load Google Analytics.

Website statistics

We use Hostinger's server statistics to understand traffic and monitor reliability. Request logs may include IP addresses, requested pages and files, request times, browser or device information, approximate country, response times and error codes. Counts of requests or IP addresses do not identify individual visitors reliably.

If you accept analytics cookies, we also use Google Analytics to understand page visits, referring websites, broad device and geographic information, engagement, capability choices and clicks on our contact links. An email-link click indicates interest; it does not tell us whether a message was sent. Google uses browser identifiers to distinguish visits.

Google Analytics stays off until you accept. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals, send your email message to Analytics, or include URL query strings and fragments in the page addresses we report. We report referring website origins rather than their full page addresses. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection; it does not automatically erase previously collected statistics.

Services that process information

We use Hostinger for website hosting and server statistics, Google for optional website analytics, and Microsoft 365 for business email. These providers may process information in other countries. Our standard Analytics property retains event-level data for two months; aggregate reports may remain available for longer.

Keeping and managing enquiries

We keep enquiry information to respond, manage any resulting professional relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask about the records we hold, their retention, correction or deletion by emailing enquiries@aimrxd.com. Applicable rights and any information we must retain depend on the circumstances and the law.

We may update this notice as the website or its services change. The date above identifies the latest version.
